What is a City Pass?
The City Pass is an all-inclusive day Pass for 1, 2, 3 or more days. Within the selected days, you can visit all the attractions for free. The City Pass also includes city or boat tours as well as further information such as usage information. Your City Pass is a practical sightseeing package that organizes the most important part of your city trip. All City Passes are available in German or English.
Is there a Pass for children and teens?
There are reduced prices for children and teens. For young children the entry to attractions is generally free.
Is there a City Pass for groups?
If you need ten or more City Passes please contact our group services via phone or send an emaill to groups@turbopass.com
Can I transfer my City Pass to friends or family?
The City Passes are named and not transferable. However you can easily purchase the City Passes for your friends or family and have them issued in their name.
Are there special discounts for pensioners, pupils, students or the disabled?
The offer from Turbopass is already based on the advantageous conditions of our partners. Therefore there are only 3 pricing categories: adults, children and teens. There are no further special conditions; you are already getting a really good offer!
Can I purchase the City Passes as a gift?
Yes, the City Passes can also be purchased as a gift. You must simply give the name of the Pass holder during the ordering process, or you can order a gift voucher. To order a personalized gift voucher, please contact our customer service.
Are the City Passes also worth it for locals?
Yes, of course! The City Passes are also interesting for residents of the city.
What does “Choose-and-select-attraction” mean?
Under certain circumstances, attractions are included where you have the option to select which one(s) you can visit free of charge.
What happens if I visit an attraction twice?
Every City Pass entitles you to a single entry to each of our partner attractions during the period of validity.
How can I book at Turbopass?
The simplest way is here via the official website. The booking is practical and easily done. You can also contact our customer service agents via phone or email.
What methods of payment are accepted?
You can pay for your booking by bank wire transfer, Sofort banking, PayPal or with a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) is available for all city destinations.
What are the banking details for the wire transfer?
After ordering and the selection of the payment option "wire transfer", you will receive the bank wire details via email. Please write your order number on your payment details. The banking details are as follows: Turbopass GmbH, Deutsche Bank AG, IBAN: DE89 2007 0000 0735 2909 00 BIC: DEUTDEHHXXX
How does PayPal work?
If you choose PayPal as a payment method, you will be automatically directed to PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you can easily create an account. After you have created a PayPal account, log into your account and choose the option “send money”. Please make the amount available to the following beneficiary’s email: paypal@turbopass.com.Type in the amount of money you would like to transfer. The money will be securely transferred.
Is the payment secure?
Yes, our payment service providers ensure your data is fully encrypted before being processed.
Are there any shipping fees and what are the delivery times?
Depending on the city and your shipping destination, there will either be no shipping fees, or a small shipping fee may apply. No further booking or service fees are charged! For information about delivery times and shipping fees, please see here.
How can I change the data in my booking once the purchase has been completed?
A change of dates is treated as a cancellation. In exceptional cases, when the order has not been processed or shipped, the 30€ or 40 € (per Rome City Pass) cancellation fee can be dropped. For changes to the period of validity, name or age of the traveller, please contact customer service directly here.
Why is specification of the 1st usage, validity or departure date required?
Some Passes and tickets are issued for a precise period of validity. For other Passes, we need the information to ensure that the Pass can reach you via postal mail on time.
What happens if I lose my tickets?
Printable/mobile Passes or tickets: You can log to “My account” at any time with your user name and print the ticket out again, or send it as a ticket to your smartphone. Passes or tickets sent by post mail cannot be replaced.
Up to when can I cancel my Pass?
All Passes can be cancelled up to 1 day prior to your departure date. A cancellation fee of 30 € is applied to each Pass (or 40 € per Rome City Pass). Write a short email with your transaction number to cancellation@turbopass.com. If any paper tickets or entrance permissions have been mailed to you, please send these back within 10 days without any entries or damage. For more information please click here.
Can I book a City Pass for somebody else?
Of course! Please enter the corresponding traveler information during the checkout. You can also provide a separate billing address in the second booking step.

Delivery and Shipping
How can I get my City Pass?
Tickets for self-printout will be sent immediately via email. You can opt for additional postal delivery of the printouts. Tickets sent via postal mail will be delivered to the address that was given in your order.
What are the shipping fees and how long does delivery take?
Shipping fees vary according to shipping method and delivery area.
If you choose "Pick-up", you will receive a collection receipt for pickup onsite at one of our pickup offices. You will receive the collection receipt for Rome and Barcelona within 24 hours after payment was received; for Athens, Paris, and Berlin straight after payment was received. Please check your email-address and your spam folder!
The Mallorca Pass and the Hamburg City Pass straight after payment was received.
If you choose "Standard Shipping", you will receive your documents by standard mail to your stated delivery address. If you choose "Express Shipping", you will receive your documents by a courier by the quickest mail. Can I book my City Pass last minute?
Printable passes and tickets that can be printed yourself via email immediately after booking and receipt of payment. You can select delivery by express courier as a shipping option during checkout. Details on express you find in the section Shipping Charges & Timings.
Can I pick up the City Pass at my city destination?
All City Passes are available via online booking. Self-pickup is possible in the following cities: Barcelona, Berlin, Hamburg, Paris and Rome. For further details, please read Shipping Charges & Timings.
