How to receive your City Pass and your tickets

Athens
The Athens City Pass (without public transport) will be sent to you after receipt of payment *
- by e-mail for self-printing or for use on your smartphone. 

If you choose the Athens City Pass (with public transport) you will receive after receipt of payment 
- the City Pass by e-mail (for self printing or for use on the smartphone) and the public transport ticket separately by mail. Please select for this option "City Pass via e-mail + public transport ticket by mail" during the booking process.
Depending on the country, the delivery time by mail for the public transport ticket is 3 to 6 working days. If you order at short notice, please select your Athens City Pass "without public transport" and purchase your public transport ticket locally. 
- the City Pass by e-mail (for self-printing or for use on your smartphone) and the public transport ticket by express: please select "City Pass by e-mail + public transport ticket by express" during the booking process. If payment is received until 2 pm, the delivery varies between 1 to 5 working days (depending on the country, see below) to your address. Please note that the shipment must be received personally. 

* NOTE: Acropolis - Season tickets: Reservations for the Acropolis in the respective season (summer / winter) are possible approximately two weeks before April 1st (for the summer months) and before November 1st (for the winter months). You will therefore receive your documents at the latest one to two weeks before the date you have chosen for your visit to the Acropolis.

Barcelona

You will receive your Barcelona City Pass after confirmation of payment

- by mail to your address (no shipping to hotel addresses recommended): select "Standard Shipping" or "Express delivery" during the booking process.
- by e-mail with three components: Select "Pickup in Barcelona" during the booking process. Within 24 hours, you will receive an e-mail with your online tickets and your pick-up-voucher for the Travel Card and the Card for free admission to many museums with detailed information about the collection points.
Pickup offices: Tourist Information "Barcelona Turisme" at the airport and in the city centre of Barcelona at Plaça Catalunya (opening hours: daily from 8.30am-8.30pm.)
For early birds: The booking for your visit of the Sagrada Familia will be made 6 weeks before the selected date. Your documents will then be sent immediately.

Berlin
Your Berlin WelcomeCard all inclusive (incl. public transport) will be delivered after confirmation of payment
- by mail to your address: select "Standard Shipping" or "Express delivery" during the booking process.
- by e-mail as collection receipt for self print out: select "Pickup in Berlin" during the booking process. Straight after confirmation of payment, you will receive an e-mail including your collection receipt and detail information about the collection office.
Pickup offices: Our five pickup offices (TouristInfos) are centrally located (central station, Brandenburger Tor, Tegel Airport, Zoological Garden, and Alexanderplatz) and open daily (exception: Zoological Garden - closed on Sundays).

The Berlin WelcomeCard all inclusive (without public transport) will be sent by e-mail straight after confirmation of payment. You can either print it out or use it on your smartphone. 

Dubai 
Your Dubai City Pass will be delivered after confirmation of payment by e-mail within 48 hours for self print out: select "City Pass via e-mail" during the booking process.
For early birds: The booking of your visit of the Burj Khalifa will be made 30 days before the selected date. Your documents will then be sent immediately.

Florence
Your Florence City Pass will be delivered after confirmation of payment by e-mail within 48 hours for self print out: select "City Pass via e-mail" during the booking process.

Hamburg
Online tickets, for self-printing, will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as the payment is received.

London
Online tickets, for self-printing, will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as the payment is received.
The London City Pass with public Transport will be sent to you by mail to your address (no shipping to hotel addresses recommended): select "Standard Shipping" or "Express delivery" during the booking process

Mallorca
After a successful payment transaction, the Mallorca Pass can be printed out at home or used via a smartphone.

Munich
Online tickets for self-printing will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as the payment is received.

Central Train Station, EurAide Counter (inside the Deutsche Bahn ticket office called Reisezentrum - at counter 1). 

The Munich Card can be purchased at any MVG - ticket machine (public transport) in the inner area, too.

Your Paris City Pass will be delivered after confirmation of payment
- by mail to your address (no shipping to hotel addresses recommended): select "Standard Shipping" or "Express delivery" during the booking process.
- by e-mail as collection receipt for self print out: select "Pickup in Paris" during the booking process. Straight after confirmation of payment, you will receive an e-mail including your collection receipt and detail information about the collection office.
Pickup office: close to metro-stations Chaussée d'Antin-La Fayette, Havre-Chaumartin, and Opéra (opening hours: Mon-Sat 9.30am-8.30pm, Sun 11am-7pm, public holidays closed)

Summer 2020: Mo-Sa 11AM-13:30PM and 14:15PM-19:00PM, closed on Sundays. 

Rome

The Rome City Pass (without airport transfer and without public transport) will be sent to you after receipt of payment 
- by e-mail for self-printing or for use on your smartphone. Select "City Pass via e-mail" during the booking process. 

The Rome City Pass (with airport transfer) will be sent to you after receipt of payment
- by e-mail for self-printing or for use on your smartphone.
The airport transfer ticket can be booked by checking the box "With airport transfer round trip". You will receive your airport transfer ticket with your City Pass via e-mail.

If you choose the Rome City Pass (with public transport ticket) you will receive after receipt of payment
- the City Pass by e-mail (for self printing or for use on the smartphone) and the public transport ticket separately by mail. Please select for this option "City Pass via e-mail + public transport ticket by mail" during the booking process.
